- Completed application; incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- College Placement papers(include samples from your portfolio), and an official transcript;
- Three (3) professional references that are familiar with you; if currently employed, your current or most recent supervisor must supply a reference.
- Valid Alabama Driver's License and Social Security Card.
- Current TB skin test;
- Valid Alabama teaching certificate;
- Highly Qualified letter from the State Department;
- Proof of Background check information from the State Department.
