2. College Placement papers(include samples from your portfolio), and an official transcript;
3. Three (3) professional references that are familiar with you; if currently employed, your current or most recent supervisor must supply a reference.
4. Valid Alabama Driver's License and Social Security Card.
5. Current TB skin test;
6. Valid Alabama teaching certificate;
7. Highly Qualified letter from the State Department;
8. Proof of Background check information from the State Department.
